Kim DiConza Testa

Real Estate Attorney

Ever since I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to be an attorney just like my dad. Staying focused and committed enabled me to fulfill this dream, along with many others in my life. Determination and motivation have always been, and continue to be, defining components of my personality.

As a real estate attorney, I have an excellent understanding of the local markets and know how important it is to get the contracts out and signed. I have gained considerable practical legal experience in real estate law, specializing in refinances, consolidations, and purchasing and selling homes, as well as probate, wills, trusts, and estates. I’m also a bank attorney who represents the interests of various banks.

Combining my extensive legal and real estate experience has allowed me to service my clients more completely. I can fully comprehend the legal implications, as well as the real-world challenges and pragmatic decisions that face today’s real estate transactions.

Real estate is fast moving, and you need an attorney that can not only keep up, but stay ahead of the action. When you work with me, you can trust that I’ll be there for you from the beginning of the contract to the close of the deal. I have offices in Manhasset and Huntington, and am available to my clients 24/7. If you need a contract signed at night or over the weekend, I am the right attorney for you. I’ll come to your home if that’s what works best for your schedule. I will text you instant updates on your deal and keep you fully informed, so you never have to chase or track me down. I treat my clients how I would want to be treated – with the utmost care, respect and excellence.

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Johns Hopkins University. I also played for the Women’s Division I Lacrosse Team, and was honored with the Blue Jay Award for the Most Dedicated Player in 2001.

At Hofstra Law School, I worked as the Articles Editor for the Family Court Review: An Interdisciplinary Journal. I received the Course Award for Excellence in the Study of Estate Planning Law, and graduated with a concentration in taxation in 2004.

On a Personal Note

In my personal time, you’ll likely find me on the lacrosse field watching my children play. I’m actively involved in the Cold Spring Harbor School District Booster Club, along with various other programs supporting CSH schools. In addition, I serve as a catechist at the Church of St. Patrick.
